Battery Failure
In case of battery failure, be aware that the engine will keep running, howev-
er a re-start will not be possible.
NOTE:
When EarthX battery type is installed, battery over-voltage, low
voltage or other battery system malfunctions, are additionally indicated by
the optional Batt Caution light on the switch panel. The rate at which the
light flashes, indicates what type of malfunction or error is in question. Please
refer to EarthX ETX lithium battery user’s manual for additional information
about how to troubleshoot any battery errors/malfunctions. Alternalitvely, the
battery malfunction warning can be displayed on the PFD/MFD when the
battery caution light is not installed.
The EarthX battery disconnects itself in case of over- or undervoltage.
