6.1 SERVICE MODE
6.2 FACTORY MODE
6.1.1 How to check the accumulated power-on time (This function is not available for models with Serial
No. "US: EITY003774UC, GA: EITY002870EH" or before.)
• Service mode
To enter Service mode, simultaneously press the INPUT/SET key (
A
) and LEFT/- key (
B
) located at the lower left of the front panel of
the unit. Then press the Menu key (
C
) to display the Service Mode menu. To display the accumulated power-on time, select HOUR
METER, using the CURSOR keys (
D
) on the remote control unit. (See Figs. 1 and 2)
Notes:
1. If no signal is input to INPUT 1, the Service Mode menu will be displayed for an instant but disappear immediately.
Supply signals from a PC to INPUT 1.
2. If no signal is input to any input connector of the unit, the system enters Burn-In mode.

6.2.1 How to enter Factory mode
To enter Service/Factory mode, simultaneously press the VOL- key (
A
) and RIGHT+ key (
B
) of the unit. (See Fig. 3)
Then press the Menu key (
C
) to display the Service/Factory menu. The menu displays the data from the input sources that offer
corresponding adjustment items.
Notes:
1. If no signal is input to INPUT 1, the Service Mode menu will be displayed for an instant but disappear immediately.
