<Outline>The serial three-wire digital DACCLK that is output from DVD-LSI (IC1501) is converted

to the analog audio signal using Audio-DAC (IC1801), and the converted signal is output from
HOST I/F (CN1901).
Simultaneously, the analog MUTE signal is output through HOST I/F from DVD-LSI (IC1501).
The digital audio signal (IECOUT) output from DVD-LSI (IC1501) is output through CN1901.
