Channel Select

The method for channel selection to use when initiating a call to the remote switch.

Description

Exclusive

Only the channel specified for the call is acceptable.

Preferred

The remote switch can select a different channel if the one specified for the call is not acceptable for some reason.

: Exclusive

NOTE: Preferred channel selection is normally used by the client-side switch to have the network-side switch choose the channel 

used for a call. This allows the network side to select the channel used for incoming calls as well as the channel used for 
out outgoing calls, thus preventing the possibility of glare conditions.

The tail length value, in milliseconds.

Valid values: 1 ms to 128 ms. Default if not present: 12 ms.
