DB/819 SILENCER (FIG. 31)
1)
Slacken and remove the screws, pos. , and detach the motorization head from the main body.
2)
Unscrew the eyebolts und nuts, pos. , and raise the flange, pos. .
3)
From the sleeve, pos. , remove the complete grill, pos. , the reinforced gasket, pos. , and the fixing
ring, pos. .
4)
Detach the grill, pos. , from the reinforced gasket, pos. , slackening the screws, pos. .
5)
From the sleeve, pos. , remove the internal basket, pos.
.
6)
Remove the outer basket, pos. , with its gaskets, pos. and .
7)
Remove the plating, pos. .
8)
Slacken the screws, pos. , and remove the bottom flange of the silencer, pos.
.
Remember that once they have been removed, the washers, pos. are no longer able to guarantee tightness,
and must therefore be replaced by new ones.
When re-assembling the outer basket, pos. , ensure that the support with the smaller internal diameter is
turned towards the flange, pos.
