4-7.6 Programming
NOTE: • The following procedure is used to update software using the interface port located on the back
side of the Husky 12 display.
• Programming requires an interface cable (Pierce P/N 2513982) and the necessary software,
which can be downloaded from www.pierceparts.com.
MODE SELECT → SETUP SELECTION → CALIBRATE → RESTORE DEFAULTS
1. Using a blank USB drive and a computer, create a folder on the USB drive named CL710150.
2. Download the Husky 12 loader software (color display) from www.pierceparts.com into the folder on the USB.
3. Place the vehicle’s main battery switch to the OFF position.
4. Remove the husky 12 display from the pump panel and locate the cable port.
5. Insert the USB drive into the interface cable, and insert the cable into the Husky 12 display.
6. Turn the main battery switch to the ON position.

7. From the normal operation screen (Foam Pump Not Running), navigate to the CALIBRATIONS screen.
8. In the CALIBRATIONS screen, use the UP/DOWN buttons to highlight USB Program Update. Press ENTER to
bring up the PROGRAMMING screen.

9. In the programming screen, use the UP/DOWN arrows to highlight the desired selection.
10. Press ENTER to confirm the selection.
11. The UPDATE screen appears. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the line to confirm the update, and press
ENTER. The programming update will begin.
