Preloading of the spring is adjustable in 4 positions using an Allen wrench, based on
the load and rider preferences. To make this adjustment, follow the indications in the
figure.
Position 1: MINIMUM PRELOADING - OFF-ROAD USE
Position 2: MEDIUM PRELOADING - ROAD USE AND WITH ONLY DRIVER
Position 3: MEDIUM PRELOADING - ROAD USE AND WITH ONLY DRIVER
Position 4: MAXIMUM PRELOADING - ROAD USE WITH DRIVER AND PASSEN-
GER
CAUTION
RIDING THE VEHICLE WITH THE SPRING PRELOADING NOT CORRECTLY SET
FOR THE RIDER AND POSSIBLE PASSENGER, COULD REDUCE THE COM-
FORT OF THE RIDE AND THE PRECISION OF THE STEERING.
A GLOVE SHOULD BE USED TO AVOID ABRASION WHEN ADJUSTING SHOCK
ABSORBERS.
