The i.MX31 microprocessor provides a JTAG interface for debuggers and emulators. All JTAG interface 
signals extend from the phyCORE-connector to an ARM-compatible, dual row, 20-pin connector at X6. 
Table 34 below describes the pin assignment for the JTAG interface.
