ATUC_ReInitCounter The number of times the modem left showtime and tried to
re-initialize the line because of detection of a persistent defect
ATUC_FailedInitCounter The number of times the modem tries to initialize the line but fails.
ATUC_CU User Total Cell Count
ATUC_CD Delineated Total Cell Count
ATUC_HEC ATM Header Error Count
ATUC_IBE Idle Cell Bit Error Count
ATUC_CVS The counter associated with the number of Coding Violations
encountered by the channel.
ATUC_FECCS The counter associated with the number of corrected codewords
encountered by the channel.
