10. MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Monthly Maintenance: or Ordinary Maintenance
Always keep the Machine clean.
Accidental spillage of the paint must be cleaned then and there to avoid difficulties after it gets
dried-up.
Apply a light layer of general-purpose grease over the Guide Shafts once in a week.
Always slide Clamping bracket by pressing Handle for clamping bracket.
Please check bottom rim of cans before loading to Machine.
Do not load damaged Paint containers.
Always ensure proper tension of Belts to reduce mixing time.
Note : Apply grease on Guide shaft of EP 90 Lithium base
Troubleshooting:
PROBLEM
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Machine is not turning on or Not
rotate
1)
Check the Mains supply.
2)
Check MCB Position, it should be ON.
3)
Check the Power supply
4)
Check plug or loose wire.
5) Check Motor belts.
Machine vibrates during
operation or Not remain stable.
1)
Check the floor on which machine has
been installed.
2)
Check the floor surface, it should be
on plain surface.
3)
Otherwise put packing below the legs.
Main Motor not running /
working
1)
Check Emergency push button
2)
Check Motor mechanism and
Motor capacitor.
3)
Check input supply.
Machine makes a loud noise after
every revolution
1)
Check the foundation of the Motor.
2)
Check the tension of the belt joining
the Motor pulley and the Main Wheel.
If found loose, adjust it to the proper
tension.
3)
Check whether the belt has worn out.
If yes, then replace the same with
a new one.
