Preparing for use

Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface.

Put the plug in an earthed wall socket.

You can store excess cord by pushing it into the opening in the back of the coffee maker.
Setting the clock

After you have put the plug in the wall socket, the numbers start to flash on the display (Fig. 2).
Note: If you do not press a button within 12 seconds, the set time is stored automatically.

Press the + button to increase the time or the - button to decrease the time (Fig. 3).

The display shows the set hour (e.g. 7:00).
Tip: Press and hold the + or - button to put the time forward quickly.

Press the clock button to switch from hours to minutes. Press the + button to increase the
time or the - button to decrease the time (Fig. 4).

The display shows the set minutes (e.g. 7:20).

Press the clock button to confirm the set time (Fig. 5).
Note: If you want to change the preset time, push the + or - button and repeat step 2 until 4.
