8 Fault diagnosis

The outlet

decreased.
Poor quality
of outlet
water
Water
leakage
The cold water valve or
three-way ball valve is
not fully opened.
The filter cartridge is
clogged.
The water pressure is
too low.
The filter cartridge fails.
It is not used for a long
time (more than 3 days).
The quality of tap water
is poor.
The pipeline or filter
cartridge is not
installed properly.
The parts and
components are
damaged.
Replace the filter
element.
Take the
pressurization
measures or wait for
the water pressure
to return to normal
before use.
Replace the filter
element.
Rinse it for 5
~
10
minutes.
Confirm whether
the water quality
of municipal tap
water is good.
Re-install the
pipeline or filter
cartridge according
to the correct
installation method.
Please contact the
after-sales service
personnel.
Fully turn on the
switches.
