SLOWLY, WHEN TROUBLESHOOTING THIS TYPE POWER SUPPLY

CIRCUIT, A VARIABLE ISOLATION TRANSFORMER IS REQUIRED.

NOTE :
The voltage for parts in hot circuit is measured
using hot GND as a common terminal.
