the Guarantee period – 24 months from the date of buying through the retail chain.
Guarantee is valid only for the movements ( not for the straps or bracelets, glass and also
not for the decoration elements in case of their natural wear).
in case of returning a watch you must provide the Guarantee passport, Manual for the
watches, watch box and the bracelet’s links ( if removed).
Quartz watches : the power cell is not included in Guarantee because the cost of the
power cell isn’t included in the cost of the watch: the power cell is only used for functional
test while selling.
After sales service is not guaranteed if :
1. Guarantee period is over
2. Guarantee passport or manual for the watches is lost
3. Guarantee passport’s markings are not filled in
4. Watch was opened before or was under mechanical influence ( stroke, squeeze and
shock), fire or contacted any chemicals or gases
5. Glass, bracelet or case is broken
6. Battery life is over
7. Watch was opened or repaired out of philip laurence service center
Watch can be returned only with vendibility and act with marking from dealer’s service center.
Watch can be under repairs by 20 days from the date of the presentation of a claim.
