The premmie insert is designed to only be inserted into
the bottom of the seat one way. The words "THIS TEXT
FACES UP" on the label must be visible when inserting it
into the bottom of the seat.
Using the Premmie Insert
WARNING
To prevent ejection or serious injury:
• For low birth-weight infant, you must always use the premmie
insert with the newborn liner.
The premmie insert must be used for infants who weigh less
than 6lbs (2.7kg).
• To prevent suffocation, always place premmie insert into the
bottom of the seat under the newborn liner exactly as shown.
