HARD reset of the Fob
1. Connect the USB charging lead and charge for at least 3-5 hours.
2. Open the back of the fob. There is a white plug connection to the battery.
3. Gently disconnect the Fob battery by squeezing the connector plug tabs.
4. Leave disconnected for several minutes.
NOTE:
This will fully discharge the Fob.
5. Remove the fuse to the controller so the controller is fully powered down. Gen-
erally, the 30-amp fuse is located near the batteries. Leave the fuse out for
several minutes. (This resets the receiver in the controller.)
6. Replace the fuse and power up the controller.
7. Connect battery to Fob.
8. Pair (link) the Fob to the controller as in the user guide.

Pump is Cycling on and Off Rapidly
When the pump cycles too often it will result in pump pressure switch failure.
• If the pump starts to cycle while spraying (auto set flow to a lower value) or while
making pure water increase the pump shutoff pressure. To do this, use a 1/16”
allen wrench, turn the screw on the pressure switch clockwise to increase shut-
off pressure. Observe pressure gauges so you can adjust the pressure switch
on the pump properly (powered only).
• The powered system has two pressure gauges, one for each pump.
— Higher than normal pressure in the fill gauge, which is located to the left
of the power switch, indicates a restriction in filters and should be flushed
or replaced.
— Higher than normal pressure in the application gauge, which is located to
the right of the power switch, indicates a blockage or restriction in the ap-
plication flow. Check the tip on the trigger sprayer for obstruction, kinked or
twisted hose on the reel, or blocked manifold in the hose reel. On the Auto
Unit check the settings to insure that they are what you desire them to be.
NOTE:
Adjusting the pressure switch does not change your operating/spray pressure.
