For Local Operation with disabled automatic mode

In local operation with disabled automatic mode, the pumping station is operated via the
control elements on the control cabinet. In this case, the responsibility for switching the
pumping station on and off lies with the operator.

Switch on the pumping station at main switch -10Q1.
– Error "Phase sequence controller" (-10F4) prevents control release.

Turn key switch Local/Remote "-12S1" to "Local" position.

Turn selector switch Man/OFF/Auto "-12S2" to "Manual" position.

Press button "-15S1.1" to turn Pump P1.1 (DUO 65 M) on. Alternatively or additionally,
press button "-15S5.1" to turn Pump P1.2 (DUO 65 M) on.
– The delay time until the release of pump P2 (Okta 1000 M) starts on the timing relay

15K8.

After release press button "-16S1.1" to turn Pump P2 on.
– The delay time until the release of pump P3 (Okta 6000 M) starts on the timing relay

16K2.

After release press button "-16S5.1" to turn Pump P3 on.
– Switch off the pumps  erfolgt in reverse order using the buttons "-16S5.2" (P3),

"-16S1.2" (P2), "15S5.2" (P1.2) and "15S1.2" (P1.1).

For Local Operation with enabled automatic mode

In local operation with enabled automatic mode, the pumping station is operated via the
control elements on the control cabinet too. In this case, the responsibility for switching
the pumping station on and off lies with the operator too.

Switch on the pumping station at main switch -10Q1.
– Error "Phase sequence controller" (-10F4) prevents control release.

Turn key switch Local/Remote "-12S1" to "Local" position.

Turn selector switch Man/OFF/Auto "-12S2" to "Automatic" position.

15K8.

– After release the pump P2 is switched on automatically, after the switch point SP1

is reached at the TPG.

– The delay time until the release of pump P3 (Okta 6000 M) starts on the timing relay

16K2.

– After release the pump P3 is switched on automatically, after the switch point SP2

is reached at the TPG.

For Remote Operation

For remote operation, a corresponding connection must be made in advance from the
pumping station to the higher-level control unit as specified in the circuit diagram.

Close contact 1->2 at -X7 in the control cabinet.

Connect a customer control unit at dry contact -X7.3 to -X7.14 as specified in the circuit
diagram.

Switch on the pumping station at main switch 10Q1.
– Error "Phase sequence controller" (10F4) prevents control release.

Turn key operated switch Local/Remote "-12S1" to Remote position.
– The control of the individual components of the pumping station is now carried out

by the customer control unit.

– Depending on the operating conditions of the pumping station, it must be ensured

via the customer control unit that the pumping station does not restart automatically
when the voltage returns (e.g. after a power failure).

General hints concerning operation

Lamps "-13H1" to "-13H8" display the status of the pumping unit.
