1. Reset the error by pressing the OFF/ON

5. Reset the malfunction by switching the current sup-
ply off and on.
6. Carry out a differentiated malfunction analysis with
a display and control unit.

Handling malfunction messages
1. Read out error codes via Pfeiffer display and control units or a PC.
2. Remove the cause of the malfunction.
3. Reset the malfunction message with parameter
[P:009]
