This product should not be put into service before the machine that they will ultimately be
incorporated into has been deemed compliant with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The undersigned also undertake to pass on pertinent information on the partly completed
machinery, in response to any reasoned request properly formulated by a national authority.
