1. Remove the vent valve assembled in the pump’s exhaust port
2. Assemble as shown in (see « Product description »chapter) using the connection accessories pro-
vided with the OME or ordered separately (see Pfeiffer Vacuum products catalogue).
3. Insure the assembly tightness.
