Switch on the machine.

Call up the threading aid function.
Machine moves to thread-in position, sewing start is disengaged.
(when clamping with obstacles, the clamp must be pushed manually into thread-in posi-
tion).

Loosen screw

and insert needle

as far as possible into the needle bar.
●
Adjust needle

so that the long needle groove is pointing in the direction of the top
cover of the sewing head, and tighten screw

Move the machine to its basic position
