How it Works
Simply slide the PetSafe

Universal Pet Bed Warmer
™
into your pet’s existing
bed to add warmth and comfort. Uniquely combined with a padded layer,
controlled therapeutic heat and the ProFlex

Safety Layer, it creates the ideal

Installation
1. Insert the PetSafe
®
Universal Pet Bed Warmer
™
into a pet bed or cushion that has a removable cover or pad. Place the pet bed warmer, taking care that the side
marked “This Side Up” faces upward

2. Securely close the cover around the cord or arrange the cord to safely exit the pet bed or cushion.
3. Plug the pet bed warmer’s Quick Power Connector to the AC Power Adapter connection. If using the pet bed warmer within a pet crate or kennel, allow
sufficient space for your pet to move off the heating unit. Periodically remove your pet from the heating unit if your pet is unable to remove himself due to
physical limitations. Never confine your pet onto the Universal Pet Bed Warmer
™
.
4. The AC Power Adapter comes with the European plug installed and additional plugs for the
UK and Australia.
To change the plug:
a. Push in the tab on the AC Power Adapter and remove the plug by sliding it off as shown (

).
b. Slide the proper plug for your electrical outlet onto the AC Power Adapter as shown (

).
5.
Properly plug the AC Power Adapter into a standard wall outlet and position the cord out of the
path of foot traffic.
