Foldout Bench Seat
The aft bench seat is hinged and opens to
provide additional seating space. To open,
grasp both handles and pull away from the
transom. The seat will lock into its horizontal
position. To stow, lift the forward edge with
the handles and push towards the transom.
The mechanical space is located under the
foldout seat. It is accessed by removing the
mechanical space hatch. Care must be
taken when replacing this hatch. The angled
section of gasket on the underside of the
hatch must line up with the angled corners of
the opening. Failure to align them could end
up in excess water entering the bilge.
Ski Tow Pylon
The optional ski tow pylon is designed for a
single water skier only. The ski tow is not to
be used for anything other than water
sports.
Use caution with towing a skier as the tow
rope may backlash into the cockpit when
released or should the line fail, resulting in
injury.
Bow Seating and Storage
There are two storage compartments
located in the bow. The port and starboard
compartments are equipped with cushions
and backrests to provide comfort while in a
seated position. Storage is directly under-
neath and can be accessed by lifting the for-
ward edge of the seat cushions to their full
upright position.
The third compartment is located in the
cockpit sole is designed for ski storage.
Access to the holding tank is provided
through this compartment.
Optional Hardtop
The optional fiberglass hardtop frame is white
powder coated aluminum and is designed to
accommodate radio antennas, radar anten-
nas and navigation lights. It is equipped with
overhead red and white lights and can be
equipped with optional outriggers and/or rod
holders.
The hardtop is not designed to support the
additional weight of items like an instrument
locker or a life raft. Radar and electronics
antennas must be mounted to the top
between the front and rear legs. Do not
mount any antennas or equipment to the
brow area. The hardtop frame is not
designed to support the weight of accesso-
ries in this area and can be damaged. The
starboard rear leg provides the chase for
components mounted to the top.
NOTICE
Inspect transom door/gate fittings
periodically for wear, damage or loose
fit. Repair or replace before using your
boat.
!
CAUTION
Keep hands away from the seat mech-
anism when opening and closing.
Injury could occur.
!
DANGER
Do not overload the ski pylon. The
maximum load is 1000 lbs. (454 kg).
NOTICE
Care should be exercised to prevent
damage to powder coated surfaces. if
the surface is scratched, chipped or
worn exposing the aluminum, it
should be resealed to prevent corro-
sion from forming. If corrosion is
allowed to form, it could cause the
powder coating to bubble and lift
away. Contact your dealer for repair
service.
