Upgrading Your R200i
The Perreaux R200i is a very high quality integrated amplifier. Thousands
of hours of engineering development time have gone into making the unit
as capable as possible. In time, it’s possible that our engineers develop
new and exiting software enhancements for your product. In the event that
this should occur, please be aware that your Perreaux R200i has been
designed to be fully software upgradeable.

Optional
Modules
The R200i has been designed to accept two optional electronic modules.
Authorised personnel must install these within the R200i.
Note: The two modules cannot be fitted or operated concurrently.
Phono Stage
When this high quality option has been fitted to the R200i, the user will be
able to enjoy direct access to their turntable via the amplifier.

Universal Serial Bus (USB)
Perreaux engineers have developed a USB module incorporating high
quality digital to analog converter (DAC) components. When this module
is fitted, the user has the ability to stream audio directly from a computer
hard disc drive to the amplifier.
The USB option is software selectable. The selection parameters are stored
in non-volatile EEPROM.
