3 Serial Number, Input Voltage and Fuse Rating
Serial Number
The serial number is unique to your R200i. Please record this number and
store it in a safe place. For any service related enquiry, please be prepared
to quote the product serial number to Perreaux personnel or their service
representative.
Input Voltage
The voltage displayed in this area is the ONLY voltage that can be
accepted by the unit.
Caution! Never attempt to connect the unit to the incorrect voltage. Severe
damage can result from applying incorrect voltage to the unit.
Fuse Rating
The fuse rating displayed here, refers to the rating of the mains inlet fuses
(2x) that are located below the mains inlet receptacle.
For more information on fuse ratings, please refer to Chapter 18
“Specifications”.
Caution! These are the ONLY user accessible fuses.
To inspect these fuses, you must remove the mains inlet cord first.
Never replace the fuses with any other ratings other than the one
specified.
4 Remote trigger inputs and outputs
The remote trigger system is designed to switch on or off the R200i and
any connected peripherals. The most common coupling method is to
connect peripheral devices to the amplifier’s slave outputs. Under this
connection technique, if the R200i is switched on or off via the remote
controller or front panel controls, any connected peripherals will also be
switched on or off.
Master Trigger Input
The master trigger input is used to take the R200i in and out of standby.
The master trigger input is designed to accept a 3.5mm diameter male plug.
The voltage rating is +5V to +12V DC level ON/0V DC level OFF.
The plug must follow the specifications as per the following diagram.
