INSTALLATION - ACTA-RELIEF WITH COMPASS POWER HARDWARE
For Acta-Relief and Acta-Relief LTS using Compass Power Mount Hardware.

If the head support hardware stem (C)
is inserted in the mounting block (B), turn the
knob (A) counterclockwise to release it. Remove the hardware stem; set aside.

Using the 5mm hex key, loosen the screws (D) to release the washers (E), the spacer
plate (F), and the double nuts
(G) from the mounting block (B).
WARNING:
Using the spacer plate (F) may affect clearance in certain recline situations.
Note: If the optional spacer plate F is not used, replace screws (D) with the provided shorter screws*.
*M6 X 1 X 10mm socket head cap screws

Align the mounting block (B) with the desired set of head support holes on the power
mount bracket (H)
and with the double nuts (G).

Replace the screws (D) and washers (E) and tighten.

Insert the hardware stem (C)
into mounting block (B)
and turn knob (A) clockwise to
secure.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure that at least ½” of the hardware stem (C) is completely
through the bottom of mounting block (B) at all times. See the warning in the
“Important
Safety Information” section in this manual.
Note: See SUPPORT PAD installation, positioning and adjustment instructions in this manual to make final adjustments.
