For maximum performance and consistency regardless on the number of Nozzle Bodies on the bus, the ECU should continuously send
and receive the following sequence of 80 position messages and up to 80 status responses with 2ms between sending messages.
This allows each valve to be set on a 10ms interval and each Nozzle Body to report its status on a 160ms interval.
