SYNCHRONISATION
DIGIPRESS can be synchronised with another DIGIPRESS managing and protecting two pumps with cascade
operating with
alternate start sequence. Steps to follow to calibrate the synchronisation:
1. Set the pressure start and stop values identically on both the devices
For optimum synchronisation operation, the difference between the start and stop pressures must be at least 1 bar.
2. GO TO ADVANCED MENU: + +
- In point 2: select E01 in one unit (this will be the MASTER) and E02 for the other unit (this will be the SLAVE).
- In point 3: select identical differential parameter d.XX. It is the difference in pressure to start the main and auxiliary
pump; it is also the difference between the stop pressures of both pumps.
3. Press
repeatedly until exiting from the ADVANCED MENU
4. Press
to disable this unit. The screen will signal "OFF"
5. Press
one more time in both devices to enable synchronisation.
Note: After 10 cycles the unit configured as E01 will show pressure and the unit configured as E02 will show on the
screen the amps
