Assigning and switching on the cooking timer
The hob is switched on, at least one cooking zone is active (the cooking
timer can only be linked to active cooking zones).
• Press the timer button.
The timer display starts to flash. The active cooking zones are
indicated in the timer display by a dot.
• Press the slider button of the cooking zone that you want to have
switched off by the timer.
The timer indicator in the timer display of the linked zone starts to
flash.

Use the slider button to set the desired time.
The cooking timer starts.

If you do not use the slider buttons to set a time, the cooking
timer will automatically switch off after 10 seconds.

Repeat the steps to set the time for another active cooking zone.
Attention
If there is more than one timer active, the display reads the shortest
time remaining and shows a corresponding flashing timer dot.
Reading or changing the time
• Press the timer button.
The timer display starts to flash.
• Press the slider button of the zone for which you want to read or
change the time.
Switching off the cooking timer
• Press the timer button.
The timer display flashes while showing the
time remaining.
• Use the appropriate slider to set the time to “00”.
The cooking timer is now switched off.
Switching off the cooking timer/egg timer alarm
When the set time/cooking time has elapsed, you will hear the alarm.
• Touch any button to switch off the alarm.
