The device does not heat up.(In 

the ON position, the power 

switch does not light.)

1. The device is not connected.

2. The device is damaged

1. Check the plug/socket.

nical support.

The unit does not heat up. (The 

light does not come on and the 

power switch is on).

1. The steam cleaner is empty.

2. Tartar has accumilated in the

water tank.

The steam flow is irregular, the 

appliance ”coughs”

1. First use after filling the tank.

2. The level is low.

3. The steam hose is bent/folded.

4. Tartar is accumultated in the

tank.

1. Release the condensed water

by pressing the steam trigger(3).

2. Add water by following the

instructions.

3.Tighten the hose.

4. Clean the tank according to

the instructions.

Water comes out of the access-

ories or the head and the broom, 

but no steam.

1. Steam condensed in the hose.

2. The water has not heated eno-

ugh.

3. The water tank is too full.

1. Direct the tip towards the

bucket and upload.

2. Wait or the rise of steam

pressure.

3. Turn of the power, allow the

unit to cool down and drain the

water from the tank.

Steam cleaner generates a large 

amount of steam that can  

condense water in the hose 

and the extension tubs after a 

cooling period or of use of the 

device.

Empty the water by operating 

the steam trigger over a bucket 

or sink.

The broom head does not stay 

attached on the extension tubes. 

1. The adapter (22) is not inserted in

the button of the tubes.

tun is fully engaged in the hole in

the tip.

The handle (1) becomes hot. 

1. The hot steam passes through

the handle, it warms up.
