Install pump unit and electrical cabinet
Mount the pump unit on the main post bracket.
Then fit the hydraulic hose between the pump and
the piston.
•
Start by checking that no dirt or foreign objects
are stuck in the hose.
•
Remove the plug on the pump unit and
•
mount the hose.
•
Check that everything is properly tightened to
avoid leakage.
Loosen the clamp
before passing the
hose through the
hole. Tighten again
when the hose has
gone through.
•
Loosen the front of the electrical cabinet,
fasten it through the back of the cabinet with 3
screws and washers on the main post.
•
Connect the pump motor to the electrical
cabinet, remove the pre-assembled connection
instructions and connect the cord from the
electrical cabinet in the same way, brown to
phase, blue to zero and green / yellow to earth.
•
Install the limit switch, attach it to the main
post with 4 screws.
•
Connect the cord; thread the cord through the
protective pipes, from the sensor to the
electrical cabinet, connect the cable to the
terminal screws marked 4 and 5. (if there is a
bridge between the terminals, remove it).
•
Must be connected by a qualified electrician.
• See Appendix 2
Limit position sensor
Install the limit position
sensor as shown in the
picture.
Important:
test drive the
lift without a car and if
necessary, adjust the
sensor.
Install the protective
curtain, thread it inside
the sliding block.
Tighten it by adjusting
the screws in the top of
the post.
Fill with hydraulic oil
The oil tank holds about
10 liters. The oil level
should be between 10 - 40
mm below the top of the
tank (approx. 8 liters). Use
the dipstick located in the
lid to measure the level.
Use hydraulic oil of quality
VG32.
Leveling
Level adjustment of the slide blocks using the
wires. Tighten the nuts so that the wires are
stretched, adjust the length of the wires with the
nuts so that the arms lift horizontally. Fine-tune
by listening to the safety locks, the sound should
come simultaneously from both pillars. Check the
lift regularly.
Install the lift arms
Hang on the lifting arms and mount them with the
pins, check that there is no dirt left before
mounting, if so remove them with a piece of emery
cloth. Install the clamp/foot protection
