• Do not begin to install your Peerless product until you have read and understood the instructions and warnings

• This product should only be installed by someone of good mechanical aptitude, and fully understands
these instructions.
• Never exceed the Maximum UL Load Capacity on page 1. Use with heavier televisions may result in instability
causing tip over resulting in death or serious injury.
• Always use an assistant or mechanical lifting equipment to safely lift and position equipment.
• Tighten screws fi rmly, but do not overtighten. Overtightening can damage the items, greatly reducing their holding
power.
• The cart or stand is not affi xed or secured to the fl oor, and may therefore tip over and/or fall if screen and/or stand
is shaken or hit. Not recommended for use in areas with heavy traffi c.
• Death or serious injury may occur when children climb on audio and/or video equipment furniture. A remote control
or toys placed on the furnishing may encourage a child to climb on the furnishing resulting in the furnishing tipping
over on to the child.
• Relocating audio and/or video equipment from this cart or stand to furniture not specifi cally designed to support
audio and/or video equipment may result in death or serious injury due to the furnishing collapsing or over turning
onto a child.
• This product is intended for indoor use only. Use of this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal
injury.
