Compressor Replacement
Ensure that the generator is in Safely Isolated Condition
Removing the compressor
For instructions on accessing the compressor compartment follow the steps below.
1. Remove the front panel using the hex key provided.
2. Remove the three screws located in the two top corners and bottom right corner of
the internal panel, then slide the panel to the right to remove.
3. Unscrew the four filter bowls by turning to the left and remove.
4. Remove the two screws located in the top corners of the compressor cover.
5. Disconnect the drain and offloader tubes from the valves. Unclip the panel by pulling
the panel from the top towards you
6. Disconnect the coupling on the compressor hose and disconnect electrical power
supply plug.
7. Loosen capacitor clamp screw and remove capacitor.
8. Disconnect 12 mm tubing from the air inlet filter.
9. The compressor can now be lifted out.
Re-fitting the compressor
1. Slide the compressor tray back into the compressor compartment.
2. Reconnect 12 mm tubing from the air inlet filter.
3. Reconnect the compressor hose coupling
4. Reconnect the electrical plug.
