Operational Notes
•
The
conference
manager
is
the
extension
that
establishes
a
conference.
•
Only
the
manager
can
add
new
parties.
•
Only
the
conference
manager
is
allowed
to
release
any
attending
party.
•
When
adding
new
parties
to
a
conference
and
while
speaking
privately
to
a
particular
conference
member
other
members
of
the
conference
will
be
con
‐
nected
to
Music
On
Hold.
•
When
the
conference
manager
exits
a
conference,
the
most
recently
invited
internal
party
will
be
designated
as
the
new
conference
manager.
•
When
a
conference
is
established,
each
party
will
hear
a
conference
tone
when
the
Conference
Tone
is
enabled.
•
Conferences
can
only
be
established
using
a
31
‐
Button
Telephone.
