Description
The Help Mode feature is available to assist you with operating instructions for all
Suite 64 features. The Hard Drive Voicemail module must be installed and
operating for this feature to operate.
1. Press the factory programmed HELP Feature/DSS button on the 31 ‐ Button
Telephone or enter

programmed Features/DSS button for help with the feature that you need
help with. The display will show:

Operational Notes
• The Suite 64 Hard Drive Voicemail module must be installed on the KSU and
operating for Help Mode to operate.
• If a CO line button is pressed or an extension button is pressed, the Help
Mode will recite the line or extension number that was pressed.
