MAP Check 9000 - User Manual
4. Operation
4.10. Setting O
2
output
The parameter
PA.2
is defined in the setup menu. The first digit determines the output of the
O
2
concentration. Depending on the measuring range in which the individual MAP Check
9000 is intended to operate, it features different types of measuring gas hoses inside. MAP
Check 9000 units which are only intended to measure in the percentage range have been
equipped with measuring gas hoses which cannot be used in connection with measurement
in the low-ppm area. MAP Check 9000 units intended for output in the low-ppm area can
easily be set so that they only output O
2
in the percentage range. If an MAP Check 9000
intended for display in the percentage range is set to output O
2
in the ppm area as well, the
result is not reliable when the O
2
output is outside the measuring range of the device.
