3.1 DIP Switches
The DIP switches enable you to configure the Local/Remote and TCPAM/Rate preset.
These settings are applied when the device powers on, and they cannot be changed
while the device is powered on. Keep this in mind if you plan on adjusting these settings
later remotely, as the DIP switch settings at boot will always take priority.
