Collision Count Bin (dot3CollCount)

A histogram cell that represents the number of collisions that occured before an ethernet frame was sent successfully.

Collision Frequency (dot3CollFrequencies)

A count of the number of ethernet frames that had exactly the number of collisions represented by the associ-
ated bin before a successful tranmission of the frame.
