TROUBLESHOOTING
In order to facilitate the diagnostic phase, refer to the error messages list and their description,
possible solution and probe detecting the error.

Er01
It refers to the
Manual Reset Safety
Thermostat
has intervened (it is
located on the rear connection
panel). In any operation status,
when the temperature in the boiler
is higher than safety temperature
(about 95°C), it activates the
TURNING
OFF
status
and
subsequently the
BLOCK
status. The
intervention can take place also
when the stove is turned off.
1) Check the condition of
the
manual
reset
thermostat and re-activate
it, if necessary. To do this,
push the white button using
a pointed object. Be careful
to fully push the button to
correctly
reset
the
thermostat.

It refers to the smoke pressure
switch which put the boiler in
SWITCH OFF
state and then to
BLOCK
, when the boiler is working.
Security can only intervene when
the boiler is not switched off.
1) To check the smoke outtake
is not obstructed and that the
chimney has a good draught, as
reported
in section “chimney”.
2) To check that the gateway
to the fireplace is closed and
it sticks well.
3) To check that the drawers for
collecting ashes are well
positioned;
4) To make sure the
ash collection drawers are
not filled up.
5) To check that
the smoke extractor works
properly.
6) The Pipe for the detection of
the air could disconnected
or broken.
7) To check the pressure switch
connection .
8) To replace the pressure
switch.

The machine turns off because the
