PRACTICAL TIPS
GENERAL RULES

After installation has been completed, a test ignition of the machine must be carried
out for at least 45 minutes, in order to check the general sealing.

The installer must provide for verbal instructions to the end user, before the use of the
boiler.

The boiler works automatically. However, as a basic safety precaution, it is advisable
not to leave it run unsupervised;

For a correct functioning, make sure the chimney as well as the ashes collection
drawers are not obstructed by the ash;

Check the correct position of the pellet collection basket and the correct centring of the
glow plug in the hole. In addition, check that the basket is not obstructed by ash;

Check that the power supply socket is correctly plugged in and that the door is closed;

Do not open the door when the boiler is on, since this could cause burns,

Do not clean the glass when the boiler is hot, to avoid burns; the glass would break if
in contact with cold liquids;

Before unplugging the machine from the electric socket, wait for the turning off phase
to be completed;
PROBLEMS DUE TO INCORRET USE OF THE BOILER AND SOLUTIONS
Below are some of the problems due to an incorrect use of the boiler, with relative possible
solutions.
PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS
The boiler is not electrically
powered 1)
Check the boiler plug is inserted and that the
socket is powered.
2)
Check the power supply cable is not damaged.
3)
Disconnect the stove from the electrical system,
access inside and check the control unit for
disconnected plugs.
The boiler turns off 1)
Check there is pellet inside the tank;
2)
A previous clock programming, forgotten by the
user, may turn off the stove, check the Timer
Menu settings;
3)
The poor quality of the pellet, the humidity or
excess sawdust may turn off the appliance.
4)
If the appliance turns off and the basket contains
pellet that is not completely burnt, this may be due
to lack of cleaning.
During the Modulation phase,
water boils
1)
The thermostat value set is too high. Reduce the
temperature in the boiler.
2)
Make sure there are no valves closing the external
system of the stove, preventing water to flow
3)
The product has been designed to be used during
winter. If used for heating during spring and
autumn, or only for sanitary hot water production,
the boiler must be set by a specialised technician.
