Using your Induc � on Hob
To start cooking
No hea � ng takes place unless there is a suitable pan on the cooking z one.
The display will automa � cally turn o ff a � er 1 minute , if no suitable pan is placed on it.
1. Place a suitable pan on the cooking z one that
you wish to use.
• M ake sure the bo � om of the pan and the surface of the cooking z one are
clean and dry.
2. Touch the ON/OFF control
A � er switching the power on , the bu zz er beeps once. All displays
show “ – “ or “ – – “ , indica � ng that the induc � on hob has entered standby mode.
Note: if the display fl ashes “ “ , alterna � vely with the heat se � ng , this means:
• Pan has not been placed on the correct cooking z one
• Pan is not suitable for induc � on hob.
• Pan is too small and can not be detected , or not posi � oned correctly.
3. Touch the cooking zo ne you wish to use ,
4. Select a heat se � ng by touching the “ - /+” regula � ng controls or for the HX - 2 - 6NF - INDUCT
you can also move your fi nger along the slider control.
• If you do not choose a heat se � ng within 1 minute , the Induc � on hob will
automa � cally switch back to standby mode. You will need to start again at step 1.
• You can modify the heat se � ng at any � me during cooking.
for the HX-2-6NF-INDUCT and HX-2-2NF-INDUCT.
For HX-2-9NF-INDUCT touch “-”or “+” below hea�ng
zone symbols, the rela�ve hea�ng zone will flash.
Slider controller can adjust power level only,can't adjust �mer func�on!
