Before use
Dust/chip extraction
CAUTION!
►
Please refer to the section entitled "Safety
instructions" .
►
Only use the appliance in the vacuum func
tion when the dust bag is fitted . Otherwise,
particles can be accelerated towards the
user .
CAUTION!
►
First fit the angle piece
to the dust extrac
tion connection if, for example, you want
to vacuum sharpedged or metal swarf . Oth
erwise, these could damage the dust bag .
Dust extraction unit with dust bag:
♦
First, push the hose clip over the opening on
the dust bag .
♦
Push the opening of the dust bag onto the
dust extraction connection .
♦
Push the hose clip over the dust extraction
connection .
♦
Tighten the hose clip by turning its wing nut
clockwise .
NOTE
►
Empty the dust bag in good time and
regularly in order to guarantee optimal dust
extraction . To do this, open the zip on the
underside of the dust bag .
Using attachments
You can attach a range of blowout and vacuum
attachments to the appliance in order to reach
inaccessible locations .
♦
Push the flexible hose over the opening .
After this, push the required nozzle onto the
flexible hose . Alternatively, you can also fit
the extension tube over the opening on
its own .
Use
Connecting the compressed air supply
NOTE
►
The appliance may only be operated using
cleaned, condensatefree compressed air,
and the maximum operating pressure of 10
bar must not be exceeded on the appliance .
►
To ensure that you can regulate the air pres
sure, the compressed air source should be
equipped with a (filter) pressure reducer .

Connect the connector nipple to the com
pressed air supply using a quick coupling .
Switching on and off
Switching the compressed air appliance on:
♦
press the operating lever completely down .
Switching the compressed air appliance off:
♦
Release the operating lever .
♦
Disconnect the appliance from the compressed
air source after you finish work .
NOTE
►
First detach the hose from the compressed air
source (compressor) before disconnecting the
supply hose from the appliance . This prevents
the supply hose from thrashing about .
