Disassembly and Inspection
Add Alignment Marks
to Rotor Spline & Drive
Link
Remove the Stator
Remove the Roller Vanes
Remove O-ring from
Stator
Remove # 2 Drive Link

Using a grease pen or etching
ink, add a mark to the stator
for reference on reassembly.
(Figure 11)
Remove the stator from the
motor and set aside. (Rotor and
roller vanes will remain loose on
the motor). (Figure 12)
Roller vanes will likely slide out
of the stator as you remove it
from the motor. Make sure to
place the roller vanes aside for
reassembly later on (Figure 13)
Remove the O-ring from the
groove in the stator. (Figure 14)
Remove the shorter drive link
from the disc valve. Inspect for
chipping or other damage to the
drive link (Figure 15)
