5.7 Troubleshooting
The following chart lists a few potential symptoms and some suggestions for resolving the
issue. If a problem that is not listed in Table 5 occurs, or if the suggested fix does not
resolve the problem, contact an authorized Parceltools service representative for assistance.

Device breakdown or
not responding
Replace the battery then reassemble.
Unable to connect to
STManager via USB
Disconnect all components, then follow the
instructions in chapter 4 Section 4.3 to reconnect.
Bluetooth connection
problems Bluetooth
Check the Bluetooth profile and other procedures
as described in chapter 3 Section 3.3.8 and
chapter 4 Section 4.2 to reconnect.
