1. When requesting repairs
First check the items described in “9. TROUBLESHOOTING” on p.29 in the instruction manual.
If the problem persists, contact Paramount Bed or your distributor (see “Contact Information” as shown
below).

Product name, product number, product ID (Affixed on the outside of the main frame. See p.2)

Details of the fault or problem (please provide as much detail as possible)

Consumables
●
The transfer mattress, casters, and caster lock pedals are consumable parts.
2. Minimum stock availability period
Paramount Bed keeps replacement parts (necessary to maintain stretcher performance) in stock for at least
8 years after the discontinuation of production.
3. Questions regarding after-sales service
Contact us (see “Contact Information” as shown below).
When the Transfer Stretcher has reached the end of its usable life, discard it according to local standards.
