TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems may not always indicate faults. Check the following once again before requesting repair. If the          

problem persists after checking these points and performing corrective actions, stop using the stretcher   
immediately and contact Paramount Bed or your distributor (see “Contact Information” on p.30).

LONG-TERM STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

When requesting repairs or contacting us (see “Contact Information” on p. 30), please provide the 
number on the product ID label (see p. 2).

The following precautions should be noted when the stretcher is not in use for extended periods of   
time.
1.  Level the back section base.
2.  Lower the stretcher height to the minimum height.
3.  Do not place objects on the stretcher other than the transfer mattress.
4.  Do not place objects on the transfer mattress.
5.  Do not store the stretcher in a location subject to high temperatures or humidity, low temperatures,  

dryness or excessive dust.
Store the stretcher at a temperature between -10

0

C and 50

0

C, humidity between 30%RH and   

90%RH, and air pressure between 700hPa and 1060hPa.

6.  Store the recliner in a level location and do not stand it up or lean it against a wall.

Note: When transferring the stretcher, be careful about the above caution items.
