4. At the NID:
— Join the Tip wire of Line 1 (green or white/blue) and the Tip wire of Line 2
(black or white/orange).
— Join the Ring wire of Line 1 (red or blue/white) and the Ring wire of Line 2
(yellow or orange/white).
— Reconnect the line to the local loop.
