Chapter 2 Basic Fax Transmission

Searching for a Destination

Search through the Address Book (Local Search)

Select “

Search

” to look through the address book for the desired destination by the entry name.

Select “

Global

” to search fax numbers or Email addresses in the LDAP Server (see next page).

Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 14.

Select “

Search

”.

Enter the first letter you want to search
for.

The search result appears.

For using the onscreen keyboard, refer to

Before Starting

in the Operating

the provided CD-ROM.

Choose a destination, and then select

”.

Select or to scroll the search results.

Multiple destinations cannot be selected at a
