Hot water supply temperature (TH5)
above 60
q
C for 30sec, at condition
where water fully open is detected.
During hot water supply
Stop hot water supply
operation (stop hot
water supply pump).
Operate flow adjust
valve to close side for
6200(1838h) pulse
Cancel by reset power
(not canceled by error
reset SW)
Step 1 (normal): During hot water
supply, hot water supply, hot water
supply temp (TH5) is hot water
setting temp. +10k. When above
mentioned condition continues for
30sec., shift to Step 2.
Step 2 (normal): Control to fully close
at flow adjust valve. When it is at full
close position, shift to Step 3. During
full close control, check hot water
supply temp. (TH5), if hot water
supply temp. is below setting temp.
+10k, shift to Step 1.
Step 3 (normal): When condition of
hot water supply temp. (TH5) is
above setting temp. +10k has
continued for 30sec., check hot water
supply temp. abnormality (H87).
During hot water supply
Stop hot water supply
operation (Close flow
adjust valve to full
position, stop hot water
supply pump).
Cancel by reset power

Hot water supply
flow adjust valve
abnormal
H59
Step 1 (normal): When operate to
water side with Maximum speed
(250pps), do the “valve fully open to
water side sequence” for 45sec. and
if cannot detect water full open
position, shift to step 2.
Step 2: Stop PUMP 1
Step 3: Do the “valve fully open to
water side sequence” for 45sec. and
if still cannot detect water full open
position, shift to step 2.
Error is detected.
When hot water mixing
valve operate to water
side with Maximum
speed (250pps)
• initial start
• operation SW turn off
• error occur and
operate towards full
close
• Control for later boil
action
Stop hot water supply
operation (stop hot
water supply pump).
Stop hot water supply
flow adjust valve
operation *10.
Operate error reset SW.
Cancel by reset power.
During hot water supply (Flow SW
ON), it is at open side full open
position, and when origin point
position detection is not OFF.
During hot water supply
(Detection time: 5sec.)
Stop hot water supply
operation.
Stop hot water supply
flow adjust valve
operation.
Operate error reset SW.
Cancel by reset power.
After origin point is detected, when
origin point position detection is not
OFF and operate above INT (300)
pulses at control to operate towards
full open side.
Initial reset control.
Once a day reset
control.
Stop hot water supply
operation.
After move to close
side for 6200 (1383h)
pulse, stop hot water
supply flow adjust
valve operation.
Cancel by reset power.
