10.6. Reconfirmation

Check Pressure Relief Valve

3

• Check for correct operation of pressure relief valve

3

by turning on the lever to become horizontal. (Refer to figure of “Pressure

relief valve

3

”).

• If you do not hear a clacking sound (due to water drainage), contact your local authorized dealer.
• Push down the lever after finish checking.
• In case the water keep on draining out from the Tank Unit, switch off the system, and then contact your local authorized dealer.

Check RCCB

qd

Ensure the RCCB

qd

set to “ON” position before checking for

the ELCB functionability.
Provide the power supply to the Tank Unit. This test could only
be done when power is supplied to the Tank Unit.

• Push the “TEST” button on the RCCB

qd

. The lever would

off and indicate “0” and indicate green colour if it functions
normally.

• Contact authorized dealer if the lever would not turn down as

mentioned above.

• Cut off the power supply to the tank.

• Set the lever to “ON” again after testing finish.

Reset Overload Protector

qh

Overload Protector

qh

serves the safety purpose to prevent the

water over heating. When the Overload Protector

qh

 trip at high

water temperature, take below steps to reset it.

1. Take out Heater Cover

6

 and

8

.

2. Use a test pen to push the centre button gently in order to

reset the Overload protector

qh

.

3. After finish, install back the Overload protector

qh

following the reverse order of step 1 & 2.

10.7. Test Run

1. Before test run, make sure below items have been checked:-

a. Piping installation work are properly done.
b. Electric cable connecting work are properly done.

c. Tank Unit is filled up with water and trapped air is released, including indoor unit and panel/floor heater pipings.

d.  Please turn on the on the power supply after filling the tank until full.
e. In order to check whether the tank is full, switch heater once for about 10 min.

2. Switch ON the power supply of the Tank Unit. Set the Tank Unit RCCB ~ to “ON” condition. Please refer to the operation

instruction for operation of control panel.

3. If necessary, adjust the water pump speed to obtain normal water pressure operating range. If water pump speed adjustment

cannot obtain normal water pressure operating range, contact your local authorized dealer.

Maintenance

• In order to ensure safety and optimal performance of the Tank Unit, seasonal inspections on the Tank Unit, functional check of

RCCB, field wiring and piping have to be carried out at regular intervals. This maintenance should be carried out by authorized
dealer. Contact dealer for scheduled inspection.

Be sure to switch off all power supply (Tank Unit power supply,
indoor unit power supply, heater power supply etc.) before
performing each below checkings.

Be careful not to touch parts other than RCCB test button when
the power is supplied to Tank Unit. Else, electrical shock may
happen.
